Every trip is different and, however much you read online, sometimes you just can't find the answer you're looking for. In the session it's just you and Charo or Marcos, one on one, going through all your questions about your next trip.

What does the trip planning service include?
It includes a 45-minute live call where you can ask about itineraries, transport, hotels, budget options and unique experiences. You also get recommendations based on what we know and what we've actually experienced, plus personalized advice on your ideal itinerary, flights, transport and places to stay, all fitted to your budget.
How do I book a session?
Fill in the form on this page. Once we have it, we get in touch to find a time that works for both of us and schedule the video call. On that call, we answer all your questions.
What should I prepare before the call?
We suggest having a list of the questions and topics you'd like to go over. It also helps to have a general idea of your budget and how you like to travel, so we can give you more accurate recommendations.
What if I can't make the scheduled call?
If you need to reschedule or cancel the call, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. That way we can adjust our schedule and offer you a new date.
How can I pay for the session?
We accept payment through Mercado Pago (a Latin American payment platform), Stripe, PayPal or cryptocurrency (USDT/USDC). If you'd like to ask about another payment method, write to us by email or on Instagram. Once you've booked your session, you'll get a link to pay securely.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the session?
We understand things can come up, but we don't offer refunds once the session has taken place. That's because we put time and resources into preparing and running each session so you get the best information and advice we can give. If you have any concerns or further questions after the call, we'll be glad to help and follow up at no extra cost.
